I am a mother, a daughter, a black feminist, and a student of life. My work focuses on the empowerment of women, the validation of life and experience, healing from broken places, and valuing our humanity. My training is in marriage & family therapy, couple & sex therapy, LGBTQ+ affirmation, and human sexuality education. I carry two master’s degrees in these areas and an almost-doctoral degree (ABD). I am passionate about helping people become the best versions of themselves in the profound ways they can. I am the mother of two angel-baby twin daughters, Aviva Monroe & Jora Nirali, who have pushed me to be a better version of myself in their short time here, and one living son lovingly named Goshi.
