So today makes 6 years. I've been super busy/focused on Gosh graduating, and leaving for vacation tomorrow that today was able to emotionally sneak up on me.

Current read/listen.

Sending out good vibes to everyone & anyone who needs them this mother's day weekend.

One of the hardest elements to sort through on your healing journey is the question of "why"? Why did this happen to you? What are you supposed to learn from this?

Recently I went in for a routine exam and for the first time, I did not have a blood pressure spike when checked!
