One of the hardest elements to sort through on your healing journey is the question of "why"? Why did this happen to you? What are you supposed to learn from this?

Recently I went in for a routine exam and for the first time, I did not have a blood pressure spike when checked!

Happy holiday season y'all!!

I can't tell you how often I have heard, "I just want to be healed from this experience!" There's often a desire to speed to the "end" of the healing process, and be good as new, so to speak.

One of my favorite definitions of grief is "love with no place to go." Grief simply does not exist without love.

Let's face it, sometimes families mean well but boy-oh-boy do they say some wild stuff! Or, they may not be saying anything all. Either way, you're different so therefore, all the relationships around you will go through some kind of evolution. How have your relationships changed?
